Terms of service

GlobaleSIM sells prepaid, data-only eSIM plans for travel. By buying you agree to these terms.

Compatibility. You are responsible for making sure your phone supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked before buying.

Validity. Each plan's data allowance and validity period are shown before purchase. Validity starts on first connection in a covered country. Unused data does not roll over.

Refunds. Plans that have not been installed or used can be refunded in full within 30 days of purchase. Installed or used eSIMs cannot be refunded except when the service fails to work and we cannot fix it. Email support@globalesim.tel.

Fair use. Networks may slow speeds after heavy use as described on the plan. Plans are for personal use; resale is not allowed.

Liability. Coverage depends on local partner networks. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the plan.
