We collect your email address and order details to deliver your eSIM, send usage and top-up notices, and provide support. Payments are handled by PayPal and PayMongo; we never see or store your card number.

Your eSIM's identifiers (ICCID, activation code) and data usage are received from our network provider to show your balance. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
