When does my plan start?

The validity clock starts when your phone first connects to a supported network in Mayotte, not when you buy. You can buy weeks ahead.

Do I get a phone number?

These are data-only eSIMs. Keep your regular SIM on for calls and texts, or use WhatsApp, iMessage and FaceTime over data.

How do I install it?

After checkout you get a QR code on screen and by email. On iPhone (iOS 17.4+) you can tap one link to install. On Android, go to Settings → Network → SIMs → Add eSIM and scan. Do this on Wi-Fi before you leave.

What if my data runs out?

We email you when you have about 100 MB left. Top up the same eSIM in one tap from your eSIM page. No new QR code needed.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. If the eSIM has not been installed or used, we refund it in full within 30 days. Email support@globalesim.tel with your order number.

Will it work on my phone?
